Is the attached document a draft or is it final?

And a question: Page 11 includes TMB for 2-motor box, presumably a replacement for OMB (1-motor), while there are still some references to OMB in the text and Appendices. Do the things in the Appendices shown as "not legal for... OMB" also apply to TMB?

I'll get to those typos, but yes they still apply. Easy rule of thumb for TMB chassis is they have the price rule of Grp F, but no length restriction.
